To keep your cookies soft and delicious:

• Store in a jar or airtight container at room temperature.
• If stacking, place parchment paper between each cookie layer.
• Do not refrigerate—cold air dries them out.
• For longer storage, cookies can be frozen in an airtight container for up to 3 months.
• To enjoy again, thaw at room temperature for 2-3 hours or reheat at 350°F for 5-8 minutes until warm and gooey inside.

We currently ship to all residential addresses within the United States. While USPS Priority Mail is our primary carrier, we may occasionally use other shipping methods based on your location to ensure your cookies arrive fresh and on time.

Note: We do not ship to PO boxes. If a PO Box is entered at checkout, your order may be delayed or held until a valid residential address is provided.

All cookie boxes are available by pre-order only and ship out fresh on Mondays.

Please allow 2-3 business days for delivery once your order ships.

Each cookie box contains an oxygen absorber to help maintain freshness during shipping. Please do not eat or open the oxygen absorber packet. It is not edible and should be discarded.
