Shipping & Policies

Shipping:

We currently ship to all residential addresses within the United States. While USPS Priority Mail is our primary carrier, we may occasionally use other shipping methods based on your location to ensure your cookies arrive fresh and on time.

Note: We do not ship to PO boxes. If a PO Box is entered at checkout, your order may be delayed or held until a valid residential address is provided.

All cookie boxes are available by pre-order only and ship out fresh on Mondays.

Please allow 2-3 business days for delivery once your order ships.

Each cookie box contains an oxygen absorber to help maintain freshness during shipping. Please do not eat or open the oxygen absorber packet. It is not edible and should be discarded.

Policies:

Refund & Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on any food items.

If you entered an incorrect or incomplete shipping address at checkout and your cookie box is not delivered, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or replacement.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email a clear photo to info@chunkbarcookies.com so we can assess the issue. Without a photo, we’re unable to process a refund or replacement.

As a small business owner, we appreciate your patience—it may take a few days for us to respond to your message. Thank you for your understanding and support!

Order Changes & Cancellations

Once your cookie box has shipped, no changes can be made to your order. Please be sure to review your order carefully before placing it, and double-check that your delivery address is complete and accurate.

Once your order is placed and your shipping label has been printed, we are unable to cancel the order. If you’ve already received tracking information, your order has been processed and cannot be canceled.

Because they’re individually made, slight variations in size, shape, or appearance are completely natural—and part of what makes them so special.
